Decent experience, minor issues

I recently bought a couple of their scalp oil and a moisturizing shampoo during a sale. The products themselves seem good so far, my scalp felt better after using the oil. Shipping took about 6 business days, which is okay but not super fast. I wish there were more detailed instructions on the shampoo bottle for specific hair types. Also, the website checkout process felt a little clunky when I tried to apply a first-order discount code. It eventually worked, but it took a couple of tries. Overall, happy with the items for the price, but there's room for improvement on the user experience.

They're pretty good about returns, but I think the hair has to be unopened and in its original packaging. You can't like, try it on and then send it back.

Yeah, I returned a wig once because the cap size was off, and it was fine as long as it was still in the original condition with all the tags on it. Just don't open or alter anything.
